Nearly half of American adults make New Year’s resolutions, yet nearly one-third break them by mid January. Because of that, last Friday was Ditch Your Resolution Day, so we’ve chosen some tips and articles to help keep you on track. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. wouldn’t want you to don’t ditch your resolutions just yet.
